What it is

Independent evidence, written to be useful

A good report does one thing well. It sets out the facts of your health clearly, fairly and in plain English, so that the person reading it understands your situation.

I take the time to understand your history, I read the evidence you provide, and I write a structured report that says what needs saying and no more. It is honest and specific. I do not overstate, because accuracy is what gives a report weight with decision makers, tribunals and the courts.
