Back and neck pain
Assessment and treatment of back and neck pain, including posture related strain.
Physiotherapy · Palmers Green clinic
Assessment and treatment for back pain, joint problems, sports injuries and recovery. We work out what is wrong, explain it clearly, and build a plan to get you moving again — hands on and exercise based, at our Palmers Green clinic.
What it is
Most aches and injuries get better faster with the right assessment and a clear plan, rather than rest and hope.
Physiotherapy here begins with a proper assessment to understand what is causing your pain or limiting your movement. We explain what we find, then treat it with a mix of hands on therapy and exercises you can do at home. We review your progress and adjust as you improve.
Is it right for you
Physiotherapy suits musculoskeletal problems: back and neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, and recovery after surgery or injury. The aim is to reduce pain, restore movement, and get you back to what you want to do.
No referral is needed — you can book directly. If you are not sure whether physiotherapy is the right first step, you can book a GP appointment at the clinic and agree a sensible plan with a GP first.

Every course of treatment begins with a thorough assessment. We explain what we find and agree the plan with you.
