Private GP and doctor services in London
See a GP properly, with time to talk. During our sabbatical we consult by secure video or telephone, from home, work, or anywhere in the UK. In person appointments in Palmers Green and home visits are expected to resume from 24 August 2026.

Clinique Alpa is currently operating as a virtual-first private GP consultation service during our sabbatical period. In-person services are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you need GP advice now, you can book a £65 private online GP consultation. If you require examination, urgent care, investigations, procedures or hospital assessment, our GP will safety-net and direct you to the appropriate service.
Unhurried private GP care
The thing most people want from a doctor is time. Our appointments are unhurried, with time to listen properly, assess carefully, and explain things clearly.
You are seen by a GMC registered GP, not rushed through. We take a full history, talk through your concerns, and agree a plan with you. That might be a prescription, a referral, a fit note, further tests, or simply a clear explanation and reassurance.
During our sabbatical, consultations are by secure video or telephone, from home, work, or anywhere in the UK. In person appointments in Palmers Green and home visits are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. With your consent we send a short summary to your NHS GP.
