Clinique Alpa is currently operating as a virtual-first private GP consultation service during our sabbatical period. In-person services are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you need GP advice now, you can book a £65 private online GP consultation. If you require examination, urgent care, investigations, procedures or hospital assessment, our GP will safety-net and direct you to the appropriate service.
How booking works

Select the clinician who fits your need: GP, surgical and specialist, or nutrition and sports medicine.
Pick a time
Choose any available slot in the calendar for a secure video or telephone consultation. Same day slots are often available, subject to availability.
Confirm and pay securely
Pay the consultation fee securely when you book, £65 for 15 minutes or £79.99 for 30 minutes, and you receive an email confirmation.

Our clinic in Palmers Green and our home visiting service are taking a short pause while we run as a virtual first service. From 24 August 2026, a £100 appointment fee is taken at booking to confirm in clinic and home visit slots.

What to expect, and where to find us
Your consultation is unhurried, with time to talk through everything that matters. Medical letters, fit notes and referral letters are available where clinically appropriate after assessment, and with your consent we send a summary to your NHS GP. This is private healthcare and it does not replace your NHS GP.
If your problem needs an examination, the GP will say so plainly and direct you to the right service. For urgent problems that cannot wait, call NHS 111. In an emergency, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke or heavy bleeding, call 999 or go to A&E.

Online appointments are available now, by secure video or telephone. In person and home visit appointments are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you would like one, join the waiting list and we will contact you when the diary reopens.
Which doctor should I choose?
For general GP matters and medical reports, Dr Mitesh Parmar. For surgical and specialist advice, Dr Alpa Morawala. For nutrition and sports medicine advice, Dr Amit Morawala. Procedures such as PRP joint injections are expected to resume in person from 24 August 2026. If you are not sure, call us and we will guide you.
Do I need to register first?
No. There is no registration fee and no membership. Simply book, pay and attend.
What is your cancellation policy?
