Booking with Clinique Alpa is straightforward. Choose the clinician you would like to see, pick a time that suits you, and pay securely online when you book. We offer face-to-face appointments at our Palmers Green clinic, telephone and video consultations, and home visits across North London. Clinique Alpa is a registered private GP practice and every consultation is confidential.

The fees below cover our core GP appointments. Prices are taken from our appointments and fees page, where you will also find fees for paediatrics, women’s health, physiotherapy, minor surgery, blood tests, medical reports and aesthetic treatments.

What to expect
A standard GP consultation lasts a full 30 minutes, with time to discuss your concerns and be examined properly. Please bring photo ID, a list of any medications you take, and any relevant records or test results.
Where clinically appropriate, your clinician can issue a private prescription, a sick note or fit note, and referral letters to specialists. Medical reports and certificates are also available. If you need to be seen again, a follow-up consultation within 14 days is charged at the reduced rate shown above.

Unable to travel? We also offer a home visiting GP service across North London, with daytime and overnight visits available.

Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice receive a full refund of the consultation fee, unless we have already incurred specific costs on your behalf. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice can usually be arranged without further charge, subject to availability. Full details are set out in our terms and conditions.

How much does an appointment cost?
A standard 30-minute GP consultation and examination is £100. A follow-up within 14 days is £90, and a 15-minute telephone or video consultation is £65. See the table above and our appointments and fees page for all services.
Can I get a same-week or home visit appointment?
Yes. The live calendar shows the earliest available slots, often within the same week. Home visits across North London are available from £250; see our home visiting GP service.
Which doctor should I choose?
Dr Mitesh Parmar is our Principal GP for general practice. Dr Alpa Morawala is a Clinical Director and Specialty Surgeon for surgical and procedural care. Dr Amit Morawala is a Medical Doctor with a special interest in clinical biochemistry. If you are unsure, choose the next available appointment or call us for guidance.
Do I need to register before booking?
No registration is required to book. As a private practice you can book directly online or by phone; please bring photo ID and a list of your current medications to your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are refunded in full; later cancellations and missed appointments are not refundable. See our terms and conditions.
