Our clinicians take the time to listen, examine properly, explain clearly, and agree a plan with you. That is the kind of care this practice is built around.

From everyday GP appointments and independent medical reports to health screening, skin and lump assessment and aesthetics, our team offers a broad range of care from one clinic in Palmers Green. Consultations are held face to face at the clinic, or at home for those who cannot travel. With your consent, we keep your care joined up with your NHS GP so nothing falls through the gaps.

Clinique Alpa is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and our clinicians are registered with the General Medical Council. We provide private healthcare and do not replace your NHS GP.

Dr Mitesh Parmar

Dr Mitesh Parmar qualified in medicine in 2005 and has 21 years of medical experience. He is on the GMC GP Register, with a special interest in psychological medicine, and he runs a parallel medico legal practice covering personal injury, PIP, immigration and clinical negligence. He works in general practice across the NHS and the private sector, and is the registered manager of Clinique Alpa and of Alpa Care’s home care service.

Dr Alpa J. Morawala

Dr Alpa J. Morawala qualified from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India, and holds a master’s degree in laparoscopic surgical sciences from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with distinction. She has received multiple awards for her contributions to academic surgery and is an active member of the Royal College of Surgeons, where she also serves as a surgical trainer. At Clinique Alpa she provides general and specialist consultations, including the assessment of skin lesions and lumps.
