Clinique Alpa is a private clinic on Green Lanes in Palmers Green. We bring together experienced GPs and specialists to offer unhurried, personal care. During our sabbatical we are consulting online by secure video and telephone across the UK, and in clinic and home visit care is expected to resume from 24 August 2026.
Clinique Alpa is currently operating as a virtual-first private GP consultation service during our sabbatical period. In-person services are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you need GP advice now, you can book a £65 private online GP consultation. If you require examination, urgent care, investigations, procedures or hospital assessment, our GP will safety-net and direct you to the appropriate service.

From everyday GP appointments and independent medical reports to health screening, minor surgery and aesthetics, our team offers a broad range of care from one clinic in Palmers Green. During our sabbatical, consultations are held online by secure video or telephone, and services that need you here in person are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. With your consent, we keep your care joined up with your NHS GP so nothing falls through the gaps.
