Dr Mitesh Parmar qualified in medicine in 2005 and has 21 years of medical experience. He is on the GMC GP Register, with a special interest in psychological medicine, and he runs a parallel medico legal practice covering personal injury, PIP, immigration and clinical negligence. He works in general practice across the NHS and the private sector, and is the registered manager of Clinique Alpa and of Alpa Care’s home care service.

Dr Alpa J. Morawala qualified from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India, and holds a master’s degree in laparoscopic surgical sciences from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with distinction. She has received multiple awards for her contributions to academic surgery and is an active member of the Royal College of Surgeons, where she also serves as a surgical trainer. At Clinique Alpa she leads minor surgical procedures and provides both general and specialist consultations.

Mr El-Ali is a specialty plastic surgeon based in London, currently working at Barts Health NHS Trust. He trained in plastic surgery in the UK and holds the FRCS (Plastic Surgery) qualification.
