What it is

Independent evidence, written to be useful.

A good report does one thing well. It sets out the facts of your health clearly, fairly and in plain English, so that the person reading it understands your situation.

We take the time to understand your history, read the evidence you provide, and write a structured report that says what needs saying and no more. It is honest and specific. We do not overstate, because accuracy is what gives a report weight with decision makers, tribunals and the courts.

Every report and letter follows a proper medical assessment, and is provided where clinically appropriate. Assessments take place at our Palmers Green clinic — or at a home visit where attending the clinic is difficult — with reports and letters delivered securely by email. Clinique Alpa is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
