Immigration medical reports

Immigration medical reports and supporting letters

I prepare independent medical reports for immigration and asylum cases, for instructing solicitors and for individuals. The report gives the Home Office or the tribunal a clear, accurate clinical picture: a medical condition and its treatment, the effect of removal on health, or the documentation of scarring and injuries.

What it is

Medical evidence that supports your case

Immigration and asylum decisions often turn on medical evidence: the nature of a condition, whether treatment is realistically available, the effect of removal on health, or the documentation of injuries.

I assess the person, read the evidence, and write a structured, objective report suitable for the Home Office or an immigration tribunal. I work with instructing solicitors and with individuals directly, and I stay independent and impartial throughout.

For instructing solicitors

Instruction is simple and reliable. Send the case details and any records, and I will confirm scope, a fixed fee and a realistic timescale. Assessments can be arranged quickly by secure video or in person, and the finished report is delivered in a clear, ordered format.

  • Direct instruction by email or phone, with scope agreed first.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of immigration medical report do you prepare?

Medical condition and treatment letters, reports on health grounds under Articles 3 and 8 of the ECHR, documentation of scarring or injuries in support of asylum and human rights claims, fitness and wellbeing letters, and supporting letters for exemption from the Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirement on health grounds.

How much does an immigration medical letter cost?

An immigration medical letter starts from £350. A supporting letter for waiver of the Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirement is £500. Visa medical certificates start from £250. I confirm a fixed fee once I understand the scope.

Can solicitors instruct you directly?

Yes. Immigration solicitors and representatives can instruct me directly. Scope, fee and timescale are agreed in advance. Email enquiries@cliniquealpa.co.uk or call 020 8882 8088.

Can the assessment be done remotely?

Many assessments can be done by secure video, which helps people across the UK. Where a physical examination is needed, for example to document scarring, an appointment in person or a home visit is arranged.

How quickly can the report be ready?

Once the assessment is done and any records are received, a report is usually ready within a few working days. If you have a Home Office or tribunal deadline, tell me and I will prioritise it.

Are reports independent and objective?

Yes. I give an honest, independent opinion based on the assessment and the evidence. That objectivity is what makes a report credible to the Home Office and the tribunal.

Instruct me, or book an assessment

Immigration solicitors can send an instruction and I will confirm fee and timescale. Individuals can book a medical assessment directly.
