How it works
From booking to letter.
Four steps, honestly handled — including telling you plainly when a letter cannot be supported.
Book an assessment- 01
Book an assessment
Choose a time at the clinic that suits you, or call us. Every letter follows a genuine medical assessment — that is what makes it worth having.
- 02
Bring your evidence
Photo ID, plus anything relevant: the form or wording you were given, test results, clinic letters, maternity notes.
- 03
The GP assesses you
A proper history, an examination where needed, and an honest opinion. If the letter cannot be supported clinically, we tell you before you pay for it.
- 04
Your letter follows promptly
Where the assessment supports it, your letter or certificate is prepared and sent to you — usually by email, with a posted original where required.
