Each letter fee includes the stated assessment, the stated records allowance, the signed letter and one set of typographical corrections. If you need a short letter, you do not need a full report.

Choose a time at the clinic that suits you, or call us. Every letter follows a genuine medical assessment. That is what makes it worth having.

Bring your evidence
Photo ID, plus anything relevant: the form or wording you were given, test results, clinic letters, maternity notes.
- 03
The GP assesses you
A proper history, an examination where needed, and an honest opinion. If the letter cannot be supported clinically, we tell you before you pay for it.
- 04
Your letter follows promptly
Where the assessment supports it, your letter or certificate is prepared and sent to you, usually by email, with a posted original where required.
