What it is

A credible, impartial medical opinion.

A medico legal report sets out the medical facts of a case plainly: the injury or condition, its likely cause, its current effect, and the prognosis. Its value is in being clear and impartial.

I assess the person, read the records supplied, and give an honest opinion. Opinion is kept separate from fact, and where there is a reasonable range of opinion I say so. Whether you instruct on behalf of a claimant, or you are gathering evidence for your own claim, you get a structured report you can rely on.

Assessments are arranged promptly by secure video and reports are delivered electronically. Where a physical examination is essential to the opinion, I will say so — face-to-face assessments at our Palmers Green clinic are available from Wednesday 12 August 2026.
