Waiting lists for ADHD and autism assessment are long, and rushed assessments help nobody. Ours are consultant psychiatrist-led, unhurried, and reported in plain language — so you leave understanding the outcome, whatever it is.
We are equally plain when an assessment is not the right next step. If a GP consultation, talking therapy or your NHS pathway serves you better, we say so.

Who carries out the assessments?
ADHD and autism diagnostic assessments and psychiatric reports are consultant psychiatrist-led. General mental health appointments are with our GPs — Dr Mitesh Parmar, our Principal GP, has a special interest in psychological medicine.
How much does an ADHD or autism assessment cost?
These assessments are arranged individually, so please contact the clinic or call 020 8882 8088 to discuss what you need — we confirm the fee before anything is booked.
Can you provide reports for tribunals or court?
Yes. Psychiatric evidence for benefits appeals, capacity questions and other proceedings is prepared by our consultant psychiatrists to the standards courts and tribunals expect. See medico-legal reports for the full picture.
I am not sure what I need. Where do I start?
Start with a GP appointment. The GP takes a proper history, gives an honest opinion on whether a specialist assessment would genuinely help, and arranges it if so. A 30 minute GP consultation is £100 — book a time that suits you.
Is this service confidential?
Yes, as all our care is. Nothing is shared with your NHS GP, an employer or anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it.
