Private specialist consultations in London
Specialist input when you need it. We have a specialty surgeon and a plastic surgeon in house, a doctor with a special interest in nutrition and sports medicine, and prompt referrals to trusted private consultants in other fields.

Clinique Alpa is currently operating as a virtual-first private GP consultation service during our sabbatical period. In-person services are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you need GP advice now, you can book a £65 private online GP consultation. If you require examination, urgent care, investigations, procedures or hospital assessment, our GP will safety-net and direct you to the appropriate service.
The right expertise, without the wait
Some problems need a specialist. We either have that expertise here, or we know the right person and refer you to them quickly.
You do not need a referral to see us. We assess you properly first, and where a hospital specialist or a particular consultant is the right next step, we arrange it promptly with a clear, well written letter.
During our sabbatical, specialist consultations, second opinions and referrals are handled by secure video or telephone. Procedures, injections and minor surgery are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If your problem needs an examination, urgent care or hospital assessment, we will say so and direct you to the right service.
