Clinique Alpa is currently operating as a virtual-first private GP consultation service during our sabbatical period. In-person services are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you need GP advice now, you can book a £65 private online GP consultation. If you require examination, urgent care, investigations, procedures or hospital assessment, our GP will safety-net and direct you to the appropriate service.
Aesthetics, done medically and honestly
Good aesthetic care is medical care. It starts with a proper consultation, an honest assessment, and a conservative plan, not a price list.
We assess your skin and your features, listen to what is bothering you, and only suggest a treatment if it is genuinely right for you. Our instinct is to do less rather than more, so that the result looks like you on a good day, not like you have had something done.

Do you offer injectable wrinkle treatments?
Some aesthetic treatments involve prescription only medicines. By law, these cannot be advertised to the public, so we do not list or promote them online. We are happy to discuss your options properly in a private consultation.
What dermal fillers do you offer?
Dermal fillers for the lips, from £250 to £450, and for the cheeks and facial contour, £350. These are decided after a consultation and assessment.
Who carries out the treatments?

Will it look natural?
Our approach is deliberately conservative. We would rather do less and keep things looking like you. We cannot promise a particular result, and we will tell you honestly if a treatment is unlikely to give you what you are hoping for.
