IV vitamin therapy in London
Fluids, vitamins and minerals given by a drip, under clinical supervision. We start with a consultation to check it is suitable for you, and we are clear and honest about what it is, and what it is not.

Clinique Alpa is currently operating as a virtual-first private GP consultation service during our sabbatical period. In-person services are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. If you need GP advice now, you can book a £65 private online GP consultation. If you require examination, urgent care, investigations, procedures or hospital assessment, our GP will safety-net and direct you to the appropriate service.
A considered, supervised infusion
IV vitamin therapy delivers fluids and micronutrients straight into a vein through a drip. Some people choose it to top up specific vitamins or to rehydrate.
We take it seriously. Every infusion is preceded by a consultation to check your history and confirm it is suitable, and it is given under clinical supervision. We are also honest with you: it is not a treatment for illness, and it is not a substitute for a balanced diet or for medical care.
Infusions are given in person at the clinic, and are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. You can join the waiting list now, or book an online GP consultation first if you would like to talk through suitability.

Suitability and safety come first
Because an infusion goes straight into a vein, suitability matters. We assess you first, and there are people for whom it is not appropriate. If that is you, we will say so.
- A consultation before any infusion, to check your history and medicines.
- Given by clinicians, with sterile single use equipment, and monitored throughout.
- Not a treatment for medical conditions, and not a replacement for seeing a doctor when you are unwell.
