It always begins with a consultation to examine the lesion and agree the right approach. Whatever we remove is sent to a pathology laboratory, because an accurate diagnosis matters as much as a tidy result. You leave with clear aftercare and someone to contact if you need to.

Mole removal
Removal of moles for cosmetic reasons, from £360, always sent for pathology. A mole that is changing, growing, bleeding or itching needs a doctor to assess it first, and where there is any concern we recommend urgent NHS assessment rather than routine removal.
Cyst removal
Removal of cysts, including the sac to prevent recurrence, from £280.
Sebaceous cyst removal
Removal of sebaceous cysts that have become uncomfortable, inflamed or persistent.
Lipoma removal
Removal of a lipoma, a soft benign fatty lump under the skin, from £390.
Skin tag removal
Removal of skin tags from areas such as the neck, armpits or groin, from £150.
Other skin lesions
Assessment and removal of other minor lesions, with tissue sent for pathology where appropriate.
