Some services have a fixed price, medico-legal personal injury work is charged at £250 per hour with a written estimate agreed before work begins, and blood-test prices include the £20 blood-collection fee. Anything else that applies is explained before you book.

Some services have a fixed price. Personal injury medico-legal work is charged at an hourly rate, and some expert work is individually scoped. Where a price is not fixed, a written estimate is agreed before work begins.
Clinically appropriate referral letters are included in your consultation fee. There is no separate charge for the referral letter. Any fees for appointments, tests or treatment with the receiving service are separate.
The price shown for each blood test or blood-test profile includes the £20 fee for taking your blood. It is already included in the displayed total and is not added again when you attend. Phlebotomy does not apply to tests that need only urine, stool or a swab.
48 to 72 hours after the assessment and after we have all records and instructions. Complex PIP tribunal reports, multi-issue Part 35 reports and Istanbul Protocol reports may need a longer agreed window. That window is stated at quotation.
