A real London clinic, with real doctors
Anyone can put up a website. We would rather you knew exactly who you are dealing with.
Clinique Alpa is a physical clinic at 466 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, London N13 5PA. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and our clinicians are registered with the General Medical Council. The clinic is led by Dr Mitesh Parmar, our Principal GP and Clinical Director, who qualified in medicine in 2005 and has 21 years of medical experience. He works alongside Dr Alpa J. Morawala and Dr Amit J. Morawala.
You can read about the team on our about us page, check our doctors on the GMC register, and check our registration on the CQC website. That is exactly as it should be.
Online consultations across the UK
From anywhere in the UK
You book online, receive a secure link, and speak to a doctor from home, work or anywhere in between. London based does not mean London only.
Straightforward fees
A consultation is £65 for 15 minutes or £79.99 for 30 minutes, by secure video or telephone. Fees for anything else are on our appointments and fees page.
Prompt appointments
Same day appointments are often available, subject to availability. Booking takes a few minutes through our online GP consultation page.
Why a real clinic matters online
Much of online healthcare now runs on questionnaires. You fill in a form, and a decision is made from your answers.
A questionnaire cannot ask a follow up question. It cannot notice that your story does not quite fit, or that the thing you mention in passing matters more than the thing you booked about. A doctor can. Every consultation at Clinique Alpa is a conversation with a doctor, who takes a proper history, weighs it up, and explains the reasoning behind the plan.
Credibility matters too. You know the name of the doctor you are speaking to, the provider is registered with the CQC, and there is a clinic address in Palmers Green you can look up. You are dealing with a clinic, not just a website.
Private GP care alongside your NHS GP
We are private healthcare. We do not replace your NHS GP, and we do not pretend to. Seeing us does not affect your NHS registration in any way.
With your consent, we send a short summary of your consultation to your NHS GP, so your records stay joined up and nothing falls between the two.
When an online consultation is not the right place
We are straightforward about the limits of a video call. If your problem needs something we cannot do remotely, we will say so and point you to the right service.
- In an emergency, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, or heavy bleeding, call 999 or go to A&E now.
- For urgent problems that are not emergencies, NHS 111 is available around the clock.
- Some problems need an examination. Where that is the case, we will tell you plainly and direct you to an appropriate face to face service.
Visiting the clinic in person
In person appointments at our Palmers Green clinic are expected to resume from 24 August 2026. Until then, our doctors are consulting by secure video and telephone.
