Terms and Conditions for Consultation Fee Payment – Clinique Alpa
By making a payment and booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Consultation Fee
1.1 The consultation fee at Clinique Alpa is £100 per appointment.
1.2 This fee must be paid in full at the time of booking your appointment via our website.
- Payment
2.1 All payments are to be made through our secure online payment system.
2.2 We accept major credit and debit cards.
2.3 Your payment will be processed immediately upon booking confirmation.
- Booking Confirmation
3.1 Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
3.2 You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and payment.
- Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
4.2 Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
4.3 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4.4 If you do not attend your appointment, you will not receive a refund.
- Rescheduling
5.1 If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full appointment fee.
- Late Arrivals
6.1 If you arrive late for your appointment, your consultation time may be reduced accordingly.
6.2 The full consultation fee will still apply.
- Costs
7.1 The £100 fee covers the consultation only.
7.2 Any additional tests, treatments, or procedures recommended during the consultation will incur separate charges.
- Data Protection
8.1 Your payment information is processed securely and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
8.2 We do not store your credit card details.
- Changes to Terms
9.1 Clinique Alpa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 9.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
