Dr Mitesh Parmar
MBBS, MRCGP, Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
Dr. Mitesh Parmar qualified from the University of the West Indies in 2004 and has nearly 20 years of medical experience. He specializes in aesthetic treatments and has a keen interest in paediatrics and women’s health.
He has extensive experience as a General Practitioner and has worked across multiple specialities within the NHS. Dr. Parmar is the registered manager of Alpa Care, offering personalized home care services, and has over a decade of experience providing home medical visits.
Dr Alpa J. Morawala
MBBS, MRCSEd, MFSTEd, MSc, MA (Clinical Education).
Dr. Alpa J. Morawala qualified from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India. She holds a master’s degree in laparoscopic surgical sciences from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with distinction.
Dr. Morawala has received multiple awards for her contributions to academic surgery and is an active member of the Royal College of Surgeons, where she also serves as a surgical trainer. At Clinique Alpa, she leads minor surgical procedures and provides both general and specialist consultations.
Dr Amit J Morawala

Dr. Amit J. Morawala specializes in fitness, nutrition, and sports medicine, with expertise in ultrasound-guided PRP joint injections. He has extensive experience in general medicine within the private sector and a strong interest in promoting individual wellness.
Dr. Morawala provides personalized consultations focusing on tailored nutritional and lifestyle guidance, supported by his in-depth expertise in interpreting blood workups, including hormonal assessments.
Mr Kamal El-Ali

Consultant Plastic Surgeon
Mr El-Ali is a consultant plastic surgeon based in London, currently working at Barts Health NHS Trust, one of the busiest trusts in the UK. He received his training in plastic surgery in the UK and holds the prestigious FRCS (Plastic Surgery) qualification. He is fully registered with the General Medical Council.
With a patient-centred approach, Mr El-Ali specialises in both general and aesthetic plastic surgery. He is skilled in procedures such as minor surgery under local anaesthesia, skin lesion removal, scar revision, keloid scar management, and hand surgery for conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome. He also offers non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including toxins and dermal fillers for facial rejuvenation.

Mr Chris Andrea

Chris Andrea is a senior physiotherapist specialising in neuro-musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopaedic care, sports injuries, and occupational health. With over a decade of experience in the NHS and 15 years in private practice, including his current role at The Circle Health Group, Chris has extensive expertise in both public and private healthcare settings.
His approach to patient care is holistic, focusing on biomechanics and kinematics, and he is skilled in manual therapy techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), joint manipulation, and Dry Needling. Chris also has experience using Radial Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy for treating chronic tendon issues.
In addition to his clinical practice, Chris has training as a British Amateur Weightlifting Instructor and holds clinical Pilates qualifications, which inform his rehabilitation approach and focus on movement efficiency and performance.
Dr Aji Kavidasan
Consultant Chest Physician & Interventional Pulmonologist
Dr Ajikumar Kavidasan is a highly accomplished consultant specialising in respiratory and general (internal) medicine. He is the Specialty Lead in Pleural Diseases, Bronchoscopy, and Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) at Croydon University Hospital, London. He also holds the position of Honorary Professor of Pulmonary Medicine at Amrita University, India.
Dr Kavidasan has extensive expertise in the management of lung cancer, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pleural diseases, and sleep-related breathing disorders such as sleep apnoea. He is skilled in advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures, including bronchoscopy, EBUS TBNA, medical thoracoscopy, and indwelling pleural catheter insertion.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and an active member of various professional organisations, including the British Thoracic Society and the European Respiratory Society. Dr Kavidasan also serves as a National and International Chair for MRCP (UK) examinations and has contributed to the assessment and training of specialist trainees.
Dr Kavidasan is passionate about research and education, with key interests in lung cancer, airway diseases, and pleural disorders.
