What we collect from this website
The enquiry form asks for your name, telephone number, email, postcode, and a short description of care needs. That is so we can call you back. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell mailing lists.
If you become a person we care for
Care records are a separate matter from a website enquiry. They are held as required for a CQC registered personal care service, and shared only with people who need them to provide or oversee care, or where the law requires it. We will explain that in more detail at assessment.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a care package. Write to Dr Mitesh Parmar at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Sister service
Clinique Alpa is a separate GP service. Information given to Clinique Alpa is not automatically part of a GP record, and the other way round.
