Complaints
If something is wrong, we would rather hear it early. Speak first to the carer or to the office if that feels possible. If you want to make a formal complaint, write to the Registered Manager.
Dr Mitesh Parmar, Alpa Care Ltd, 32 Crothall Close, London N13 4BN, mitesh@alpacare.org, 020 8882 8088
Please tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint within and give you a full written response within. If you need the response in Turkish, say so.
If you are not satisfied
You can contact the Care Quality Commission about a registered service. CQC does not investigate every individual complaint in the way an ombudsman does, but it is the regulator for Alpa Care Ltd, provider ID 1-9691685023. CQC contact details: 03000 616161, or enquiries@cqc.org.uk.
Depending on how the care is funded, the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman may also be able to look at a complaint once our own process is finished. The people we care for are privately funded, which can affect which body can investigate.
Safeguarding
If you think someone is at risk of abuse or neglect, tell us at once and, if needed, contact the local authority safeguarding team or the police. Dr Mitesh Parmar is the Safeguarding Lead.
Live in care from Clinique Alpa is provided by Alpa Care Ltd, registered with the Care Quality Commission for personal care, provider ID 1-9691685023.
