Live in carer roles with a small, doctor led service
We are looking for experienced live in carers who are calm, capable and respectful of the homes they work in.
The work
Live in care is skilled personal and domestic support. You live in the person's home, help with the day, and sleep in a room of your own. You are a professional in someone else's kitchen, neither a guest nor a servant.
Because we are small, you will know the managers by name. Because we are doctor led, medicine routines and risk are taken seriously and you will be trained and supported in them. We provide induction training, competency checks, supervision and spot checks, and we carry out DBS and reference checks before you start.
Who we are looking for
People with real care experience, particularly of Parkinson's, dementia and complex daily routines. People who can work in English, and people who also speak Turkish. People who are kind without being patronising, and who can be part of a household without taking it over.
