Clinique Alpa is not a franchise or a marketplace. It is a small, CQC-registered provider run by the same family of doctors who run the Clinique Alpa private GP clinic in Palmers Green.

Why the service exists
Most people would rather stay in their own home if the support around them is right. Clinique Alpa exists to make that possible, with live in care as the main way we do it. The care plan starts with the person, their day and their wishes.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission as Alpa Care Ltd, provider ID 1-9691685023, for personal care. A CQC rating has not yet been issued, and we do not display implied grades or awards.
What doctor led means for you
A doctor carries out the initial assessment for live in care, so the care plan starts from a proper understanding of diagnoses, medicines, risks and what is likely to change. Clinicians run the organisation, review complex medicine routines, and decide when a concern raised by a carer needs escalating to the GP, a specialist or the family. That does not turn carers into nurses, and nursing tasks stay outside our scope.
Where a family wants ongoing medical visits at home, that is a separate service through Clinique Alpa. Some families arrange a doctor's visit every month or two; others take weekly private doctor home visits. Live in care and GP visits stay separate services, arranged and paid for separately.

Deputy Service Manager. Part of the family team that runs the service day to day.

Family team, and the same doctors who run our private GP clinic in Palmers Green.
How we work
Carers are matched to households, not allocated from a rota. Every carer is DBS-checked, referenced, trained and supervised, with spot checks at the home. Care plans are written, reviewed and changed as needs change. Concerns are escalated, and complaints are answered by the Registered Manager personally. Turkish-language support is available.
