What if I need to change my appointment?
Contact the clinic as soon as possible on 020 8882 8088. Cancellation and refund terms are explained in our terms and conditions. Aesthetic consultation fees are non-refundable.
What if I need an examination?
The doctor may recommend a clinic appointment or home visit if your concern cannot be assessed safely by video.
Do I need to leave my NHS GP?
No. This is private care alongside your NHS GP. With your consent, we can share a summary to support continuity of care.
How do I arrange an aesthetic consultation?
Call the clinic to agree a time with Dr Mitesh Parmar. The clinic sends a payment link for the consultation. Treatment, if appropriate, is arranged later following a cooling off period.
