What to expect
Unhurried, by design.
Your consultation is unhurried, with time to talk through everything that matters. Medical letters, fit notes and referral letters are available where clinically appropriate after assessment, and with your consent we send a summary to your NHS GP. This is private healthcare and it does not replace your NHS GP.
If your problem needs an examination, the GP will say so plainly and direct you to the right service. For urgent problems that cannot wait, call NHS 111. In an emergency, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke or heavy bleeding, call 999 or go to A&E.

How much does it cost?
A GP consultation and examination at the clinic (30 minutes) is £100, and a home visit (60 minutes, Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm) is £250 — at weekends, between 9am and 7pm, home visits are £325 an hour. Weekday fees are paid securely when you book. Full pricing is on our fees page.
Can I have a home visit?
Yes. Home visits are available across North London, with suitability assessed first. Weekend visits, on Saturday or Sunday between 9am and 7pm, are charged at £325 an hour. If you are not sure which appointment is right for you, call us on 020 8882 8088 or contact the clinic.
Which doctor should I choose?
For general GP matters and medical reports, Dr Mitesh Parmar. For surgical and specialist advice, Dr Alpa Morawala. For nutrition and sports medicine advice, Dr Amit Morawala. If you are not sure, call us and we will guide you.
Do I need to register first?
No. There is no registration fee and no membership. Simply book, pay and attend.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Call us on 020 8882 8088 to reschedule. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our terms and conditions.
