Video and clinic consultations with a private doctor, home visits across London, blood tests and medical letters, each with its fee fixed before you book. A home visit is priced by the time it starts, with travel worked out from your postcode.
Virtual consultations
A video consultation with a Clinique Alpa doctor, for problems that can be assessed without an examination.
Payment is taken when you book. The doctor will say plainly if you need to be examined in person.

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00, Sunday 09:30 to 17:30. The clinic is closed on Saturday.

A doctor comes to you across London. The band is set by the time the visit starts.
Home visits start between 09:00 and 23:00, every day. Between midnight and 09:00, call 020 8882 8088.
A visit cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment is charged in full.

Each letter fee includes the stated assessment, the stated records allowance, the signed letter and one set of typographical corrections.

Some services have a fixed price. Personal injury medico-legal work is charged at an hourly rate, and some expert work is individually scoped. Where a price is not fixed, a written estimate is agreed before work begins.
Clinically appropriate referral letters are included in your consultation fee. There is no separate charge for the referral letter. Any fees for appointments, tests or treatment with the receiving service are separate.

Letters, referrals and reports are provided where clinically appropriate after a face to face assessment. Clinique Alpa is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). With your consent, we send a summary to your NHS GP so your records stay joined up.
